Chicken Samosas Recipe

Testy Chicken Samosas

  •     Chicken mince 250 gm
  •     Cooking oil 2 tbsp
  •     Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  •     Salt 1 tsp
  •     Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  •     All spice powder (ground garam masala) 1/2 tsp
  •     Red pepper crushed (lal mirch kuti huwi) 1/2 tsp
  •     Coriander leaves (hara dhania) 2 tbsp (chopped)
  •     Green chilies chopped 4
  • Ingredients for dough
  •     Gram Flour (Maida) 2 cups
  •     Clarified butter (Ghee) 6 tbsp
  •     Salt 1/2 tsp
  •     Water to knead

 

Preparation:

Pour oil in a sauce pan and heat it. Add mince with ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, all spices, and crushed red pepper.
Cook for 10 minutes till chicken mince is tender.
Now put out the mixture into a bowl. Add chopped both coriander leaves and green chilies.
Pour some vegetable oil or ghee in a bow. Put gram flour and salt, add water in the mixture to knead. Knead well to make the dough hard.
Make small balls of dough and roll each ball into small saucer size chapatti.
Now put filling in centre and fold one side to give them a D shape Samosa.
Dip this samosa into oil and fry deep till its color turns to light golden.
