Dry Beef Chili Eid Ul Fitr Recipes

Ingredients:

  •     Beef Meat (under cut)-1/2 kilo
  •     Papaya Paste-1/2 cup
  •     Carrot-1
  •     Garlic-6-5 cloves
  •     Yakhni-1/2 cup
  •     Green chilies (large)-6-8
  •     Black Pepper-1 tsp
  •     Wooster Sauce-4 tbsp
  •     Sugar-1tsp
  •     China Salt-1/3 tsp
  •     Oil-3-4 tbsp
  •     Salt – to taste

 

Directions:

Cut the meat in small pieces.
Apply papaya paste in meat and leave it for 1/2 hour.
Take a pan put meat, china salt, black pepper, salt, sugar, wooster sauce, and cook it for 3 minutes.
After that put yakhni in it and cook it well.
When it gets thick then add green chili and remove it from the flame.
Garnish it with carrot, spring onion and serve.
