Baked Olives With Orange & Bay Recipe


  • 1 large Orange
  •  4 tbsp Extra-virgin Olive Oil
  •  2 Bay Leaves
  •  1 clove Garlic (sliced into shards)
  •  200g Provencal Black Olives (pitted)

How to make Baked Olives With Orange & Bay:

  • Take a baking tin and in put a large square foil.
  • Cut two strips of zest from the orange.
  • Mix all the ingredients along with orange juice.
  • Wrap the foil and close it completely.
  • Preheat the oven at 325 degree F and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
