Banana Shack Punjabi Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Curd (Dahi, plain non-fat Yogurt)
- 1 peeled and sliced ripe Banana (Kela)
- 2 tblsp Sugar (Cheeni) or to taste
- 1/4th tsp Cardamom Powder (Elaichi Powder) (optional)
- Few Ice-cubes
Direction:
Combine all ingredients and blenduntil smooth in a blender.
Pour in glasses and serve chilled.
