Chicken Katsu Recipe
Yummy Chicken Katsu Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6-8 mini chicken fillets
- salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp plain flour
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 120g Blue Dragon Panko Breadcrumb Mix
- vegetable oil, for deep frying
Preparation:
Lightly coat the chicken in flour, then dip into beaten eggs.
Coat thoroghly with Panko Breadcrumb Mix.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan, wok or deep fat fryer.
Deep-fry the coated chicken pieces until cooked through, golden brown and crispy.
Put the chicken pieces onto kitchen paper to drain off the excess oil.
Serve on a bed of rice with a green salad.
