Chicken Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Chicken (ground)
- 2 tbsp Onion Paste
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp Ricotta Cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 oz grated Fontina Cheese
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tsp chopped fresh Basil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh Parsley
- 1 beaten Egg
- ¾ cup seasoned Breadcrumbs
How to make Chicken Meatballs:
- Mix all the ingredients together, except breadcrumbs, in a large mixing bowl, until very smooth.
- Shape into small balls and roll into breadcrumbs.
- Place the balls on a buttered baking tray.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and firm.
- Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
