  • Rice    100 Gram
  • Elaichi – 2-3 powdered
  • Rose water    1 Teaspoon
  • Rose petals – a few


In a bowl, soak rice in water for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Drain the water.
In a grinder jar, add the soaked rice and grind to a fine paste.
In a heavy bottomed pan, add milk and the rice paste.
Heat together, stirring constantly so that the mixture does not stick to the bottom.
Bring to a boil.
Cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
Stir in the condensed milk and remove from the heat.
Add in elaichi powder and rose water.
Allow to col.
