Palak Paneer Punjabi Recipe

  •     Butter: 4 tbsp
  •     Oil: 1 tsp
  •     Garlic: 1/2 tsp
  •     Ginger: 1/4 tsp (Paste)
  •     Spinach: 2 cups (Boiled)
  •     Onion: 1 medium (chopped)
  •     Cumin Seeds: 1/4 tsp
  •     All-spice: 1/4 tsp
  •     Black Pepper to taste
  •     Cream: 1/4 cup
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Green Chili: 1
  •     Cottage Cheese: 100 gm
  •     Yogurt: 1/2 cup


Heat butter and oil in a pan then add some cumin seeds and saute for a minute after that Add the garlic and ginger paste, saute for a few minutes. Then add the onions and cook till transparent. Blend the spinach along with the yogurt and green chili.Add the spinach mixture to the onions and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.Now add salt and black pepper and remove from heat.Add cream while stirring continuously until well blended. Now add all-spice. In the end add fried cottage cheese and mix well.Serve.
